Picking the right photo of your cat

Our artists will create a custom piece of art based on a photo you submit with your order, the best photo to submit would be showing your pet sitting upright or standing. be sure to provide a close-up, high quality of your pet.

when will i get my order?

After approving your art work:
Fulfillment usually takes around 2-6 days, and then 2-5 days to deliver.
You will be notified once fulfilled with tracking number to check the progress.

Refunds and exchanges

If for any reason you do not like your artwork proof and do not wish to approve and finalize your order, a full refund will be given. If your artwork is approved and finalized, a refund will only be given if the the product was delivered damaged or defected.

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not offer returns.
